Overview
A bio-fermentation tank is a device for mechanically stirring and fermenting materials. This device adopts an internal circulation method and uses a stirring paddle to disperse and break up bubbles. It has a high oxygen dissolution rate and good mixing effect. The tank body is made of SUS304 stainless steel and is equipped with an automatic spray cleaning head to ensure that the production process complies with pharmaceutical GMP standards.
Configuration
Material inlet/outlet, coolant inlet/outlet, liquid level display interface, temperature sensor interface, pH meter interface, pressure sensor interface, air respirator interface, CIP interface, defoaming electrode interface, flow meter interface, instrument control system.

structure
The main components of a bio-fermentation tank include the tank body, agitator, baffles, air distributor, cooling pipes (or jacket), defoamer, manhole, and integrated sight glass.
This series of fermenters consists of a seed fermenter, mounted on a platform. The two tanks can be used separately, and fermentation process parameters can be controlled independently. It is suitable for microbial fermentation, scale-up, and pilot-scale experiments, as well as for optimizing fermentation process parameters and testing production processes and strains. It is an ideal piece of equipment for microbiology laboratories and secondary pilot-scale fermentations in research institutes and enterprises.
